Delete your data

Last updated: 3 October 2026

You can remove your Palto account and reminders directly in the chat. No website login is needed.

In Telegram

  1. Open your private Telegram chat with Palto.
  2. Send /delete_me.
  3. Confirm Yes, delete.
  4. Palto acknowledges the deletion after removing that account's live records.

Deletion is permanent. Selecting Keep account leaves your account unchanged.

What is removed

The confirmed command removes your Telegram account, reminders, scheduled occurrences, stored completion records, pending interactions, temporary conversation context and reply mappings. It also removes Google connection records, imported calendar snapshots, transcripts, meeting summaries, evidence and suggestions, plus Gmail caches, reply drafts, send records and email preferences, meeting booking records and any records retained from retired features. Direct Google use stops locally immediately. Encrypted Google tokens are retained only until revocation cleanup succeeds, including retries after provider failures. Legacy Composio deletion is queued; its minimal connection ID and retry timestamp are erased after successful cleanup.

To remove only Google data while keeping your Palto reminders, open /google, choose Disconnect Google and confirm Disconnect and erase. To remove Gmail alone, open /gmail and choose Disconnect Gmail; Calendar and Docs stay connected. For direct connections, Google's shared grant (including its Gmail permission) may remain until all Google services are disconnected; you can also revoke Palto in your Google account. Reminders you explicitly accepted survive a Google disconnect. Original Google events, documents and emails are not deleted, and sent replies cannot be recalled by deleting Palto data. Telegram and former WhatsApp test accounts are separate. Deleting your Telegram account does not delete previously stored WhatsApp test data. Sending a new message to Palto afterwards can create a new Telegram account.

What this does not remove

Deleting Palto data does not erase chat messages from Telegram or WhatsApp, close your Telegram/WhatsApp account, or automatically erase copies held by providers or in database backups. You can separately remove the conversation in your chat app.

Content-free update/message IDs may remain to prevent duplicate processing. They do not retain reminder text or voice recordings. Previous database backups can retain earlier records until removed or replaced. See the privacy policy for details.

Former WhatsApp test users or can't access the chat?

WhatsApp testing is disabled, so deletion commands in the WhatsApp chat are no longer processed. To request deletion of a former WhatsApp test account, use the support contact below.

If you cannot access the bot, email hello@pallo.com.ng with the subject “Palto data deletion”. Tell us which channel you used. We will arrange a safe way to verify account ownership; do not send passwords, one-time codes or voice recordings.
